Shipping Policy
Everything about how your Arph order reaches you — methods, timing, cost and the few items that travel under extra rules.

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. A small number of remote destinations may be unavailable at checkout, and certain battery-powered items carry additional restrictions (see “Items with batteries” below). All orders are priced and charged in US Dollars (USD).
- · Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- · Standard shipping: typically 5–10 business days within the UK, US and EU; 7–18 business days for the rest of the world.
- · Expedited shipping: where available, selectable at checkout for a faster transit time.
- · Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and can vary with customs and carrier load.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight, and shown clearly before you pay. Orders with a subtotal of $55 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. Any expedited upgrade is charged in addition.
For international orders, prices do not include any import duties, taxes or customs fees that your country may charge. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery. Please check your local thresholds before ordering.
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link, where the carrier supports it. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, contact us at support@arph.shop.
One product — the Lint Remover & Fabric Shaver — contains batteries and ships with them installed in the device. Battery-powered goods are subject to dangerous-goods transport regulations.
- · These items are sent by carriers and methods that permit installed batteries, and may be limited to ground shipping for some destinations.
- · A small number of remote regions or countries may be unavailable for battery items; this is shown at checkout where applicable.
- · Please follow the battery-safety guidance on the product page and dispose of used batteries at a designated recycling point.
If your order is delayed well beyond the estimate, arrives damaged, or appears lost, contact us at support@arph.shop within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to trace, replace or refund as appropriate.
