Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It covers visitors worldwide, including the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA).

  • · Identity & contact: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address.
  • · Order data: items purchased, order value, and correspondence with us.
  • · Payment data: processed directly by Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited details (e.g. card brand, last four digits) but never your full card number.
  • · Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed.

  • · To fulfil your order (process payment, ship goods, provide support) — legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • · To prevent fraud and keep the store secure, and to improve our products — legal basis: our legitimate interests.
  • · To comply with legal and accounting obligations — legal basis: legal obligation.
  • · To send marketing emails and set non-essential cookies — legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store, under contract and only as needed:

  • · Stripe — payment processing (privacy).
  • · Shipping carriers — to deliver your order.
  • · Email & hosting providers — to send transactional email and serve the site.
  • · Analytics — only where you have consented to analytics cookies.

We operate from the UK and use providers that may process data outside the UK/EEA, including in the United States (for example, Stripe). Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses to keep your data protected.

  • · Order & transaction records: up to 7 years to meet tax and accounting law.
  • · Support correspondence: up to 2 years after your last contact.
  • · Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
  • · Cookie data: per the retention periods in our Cookie Policy.

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

  • · Access, correct or delete your personal data.
  • · Restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
  • · Data portability — receive your data in a portable format.
  • · (California) know what we collect, request deletion or correction, and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, without discrimination.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. To exercise any right, email privacy@arph.shop. We respond within 30 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA). You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

We use HTTPS across the site and work only with reputable, security-conscious providers. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Our store is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We review this policy at least annually and update it when our practices change. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
